Returns and Complaints Policy

1. Right to Return Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving a reason.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be possible, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product has not been used and is in its original condition
• The product has its original packaging and warranty stickers/seals
• The product shows no signs of use

3. Return Procedure

To return a product, you must:

1. Fill out the return form (available for download or in the shipment)
2. Pack the product securely
3. Send the shipment to the address: 8 Marca 18B/2 83-400 Kościerzyna
4. Inform us about the return by email: kontakt@dreamscapegear.pl

4. Return Costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error by the Seller.

5. Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, to the bank account indicated by the Customer or in the same manner as the payment method used for the purchase.

6. Complaints

If the product is defective, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification.

How to file a complaint?

• Description of the product defect
• Photos of the product (if possible)
• Order number
• Contact details

7. Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Products made to individual order
• Products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., hygiene products)
