DREAMSCAPEGEAR ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The DreamScapeGear online store, available at www.dreamscapegear.pl, is run by: DreamScape Oktawian Brzoskowski, with its registered office in Kościerzyna (83-400), ul. 8 Marca 18B/2, NIP: 5911729079, REGON: 543617697.

  2. These regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, delivering goods, and the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract and make complaints.

  3. The Seller sells goods in a direct shipping model from foreign suppliers to the Customer's address (on-order sales model).

  4. The Store sells goods available in the local warehouse in Poland and goods imported on individual customer orders from specialized foreign suppliers (e.g., limited editions, collector's items).

2. DEFINITIONS

  1. Store – an online service run by the Seller.

  2. Customer – any person making purchases in the Store.

  3. Product – a movable item (e.g., keyboards, speakers) presented in the Store.

  4. Supplier – a foreign entity cooperating with the Seller, sending goods directly to the Customer.

3. PLACING ORDERS

  1. The Customer places an order via the interactive form on the Store's website.

  2. The condition for order fulfillment is the correctness of the provided address data, acceptance of the regulations, and making payment.

  3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order for processing.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  1. All prices in the Store are given in Polish Zlotys (PLN).

  2. Available payment methods include:

    • Shopify Payments (payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

    • Mollie Payments (Blik, instant transfers).

    • Traditional bank transfer.

  3. The Customer is obliged to pay for the order at the time of its placement.

5. PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY

  1. Information on availability and estimated delivery time is always provided in the description of the specific Product.

  2. Products from local warehouse:

    • Shipment takes place from a warehouse in Poland.

    • Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days.

  3. Products on special order (including limited editions):

    • These products are imported directly from an external supplier outside the European Union on the individual request of the Customer.

    • The estimated delivery time is 14 to 35 business days.

    • The customer is informed about the order status and receives a tracking number for international shipment.

  4. In the case of an order containing products with different delivery times, the order is fulfilled according to the longest indicated term (collective shipment), unless the Customer agrees on a different fulfillment method with the Seller.

6. CUSTOMS AND TAX FEES (IMPORT)

  1. The Customer acknowledges that by ordering goods shipped from outside the European Union, they become the importer of the goods.

  2. For products valued over 150 EUR, customs duties may be applied. For most shipments of lower value, VAT is settled under the IOSS procedure; however, any additional customs and tax liabilities imposed by Polish customs authorities are borne by the Customer.

7. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT (RETURNS)

  1. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product.

  2. To exercise the right of return, the Customer must inform the Seller via email: kontakt@dreamscapegear.pl.

  3. Important: Returns of goods should be sent to the Seller's registered office in Poland: ul. 8 Marca 18B/2, 83-400 Kościerzyna. The Seller does not require goods to be sent back to China.

  4. The cost of returning goods in case of withdrawal from the contract is covered by the Customer.

8. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

  1. The Seller is liable to the Customer for physical or legal defects of the purchased Product (warranty) on the terms specified in the Civil Code.

  2. Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address: kontakt@dreamscapegear.pl.

  3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. If it is necessary to return the defective goods, they should be sent to the registered office in Kościerzyna.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. The data controller for personal data is the Seller and the Shopify service. Data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. For orders placed before the change, the regulations applicable on the day of purchase apply.

  2. For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act and Polish law shall apply.
